Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.. Sydney Bordonaro’s foundation was built through sport.
A Division I basketball player at Pepperdine University and Long Beach State, she earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Sports Management with the intention of becoming a sports agent.
In 2021 shortly after graduating college- she fell into athlete styling and never looked back.
Today, Sydney styles some of the world’s most iconic athletes, shaping how they show up before the game, after the buzzer, and across culture. Her work lives at the intersection of sport, fashion, and storytelling — defining a new era of athlete identity.
Rooted in Pittsburgh- splitting time between there & Los Angeles , she operates mainly out of her 7,000 square foot creative space — part showroom, part studio, part incubator — where ideas, athletes, and culture collide. Hotel Cosa Nostra is what it’s called.
What started as styling has evolved into something bigger.
Sydney is not only an athlete stylist— she is a creative director, cultural connector, and creative force in her own right. From building concepts to shaping brand narratives, hosting experiences, and developing original platforms, her existence lives far beyond a single title.
She’s the architect & the energy. The visionary & the face. The builder & the talent.
The work is her passion —and she is committed to growing, creating and pushing the culture in ways that feel authentic, intentional & lasting.
This is only the beginning!!
